Getting Started
After reviewing your Free Assessment request, the academy contacts you about the next suitable step — which may include an introductory class when appropriate, or direct assignment of a regular teacher and schedule.
No. Not every student automatically receives a trial class. Depending on the assessment, we may arrange an introductory lesson where helpful, or move directly to a suitable regular teacher assignment.
You need a device with a camera and microphone, plus a stable internet connection. Classes are typically held on a common video platform such as Zoom or Google Meet — exact details are shared before your first lesson.
Yes. Lessons are personalized one-to-one sessions so teachers can focus on each student’s pace and goals.
Yes. Absolute beginners, new Muslims, children, teens, and adults are welcome. Lesson pace is adapted to each learner.
Teachers
Teachers are recommended based on the student’s level, goals, preferred language or gender when shared, and schedule availability.
You may share a preference after reviewing teacher categories. The academy confirms whether a suitable teacher’s schedule can accommodate your preferred times.
Teachers commonly teach in English, with additional language support such as Urdu or Arabic depending on the teacher. Share your preferred language when requesting an assessment.
Classes
A standard class unit is 30 minutes. A 60-minute lesson counts as two class units. There is no separate 45-minute option.
Schedules are confirmed after assessment, based on your availability and teacher availability across time zones. Changes are often possible with reasonable notice.
Makeup and rescheduling policies are explained when you enroll. Please notify your teacher or coordinator as early as possible.
Teachers track lesson goals and practice focus. Families and adult students receive practical progress feedback.
Payments
Payment methods and billing cycles are confirmed after your assessment and enrollment discussion. This website does not collect card or bank details.
Sibling and family arrangements may be discussed at enrollment. Terms are confirmed by the academy before billing.
Plan changes can usually be discussed as learning needs evolve. Frequency and duration adjustments depend on teacher availability.
Technology
Yes, many students attend on a phone or tablet. A larger screen can be helpful for reading practice when available.
The academy commonly uses platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet. Your teacher or coordinator will share the meeting link before class.
A stable broadband or strong mobile data connection is recommended for clear audio and uninterrupted lessons.
